Ms Joyce is ALWAYS a pleasure! She always has a great attitude and great will all my kids. Even with kiddos throwing fits she holds it together perfectly and still provides her services just as well. I'm glad she is part of my kids health team

Hi, the provider was great. We did have to have to go up to the Wooster office. So my guess, my feedback is, everyone who calls the Millersburg office, their home... we aren't able to schedule anything online and there's been no letter or note or anything to those of us who live near Millersburg for why we can't make appointments or why the office is closed. So a little bit of an explanation would be very nice because we live about 45 minutes away from Wooster and just about 10 minutes away from Millersburg. So for convenience, it'd be nice to know if this is a permanent thing or temporary. So that is my feedback. Thank you.

I just love how realistic and practical Dr Joyce is.
I wish she would have looked into my daughter's health more before sending us to ER she has a UTI. Now I have a doctors bill an a ER bill. An I talked to a 24 hour nurse the night before an asked them if I should take her in to ER a they told me no.
