Dr. Hertzer is one of the best pediatricians around. I trust her completely. She's kind, she knows how to work with kids. She's respectful, she's never condescending. She's just absolutely the best there is. I wish all doctors met her standards of care.

Dr. Hertzer is an amazing physician. She really takes her time with each patient. We never feel rushed.
Dr. Hertzer did a really good job of listening to our concerns and my son's symptoms. Even though he was not experiencing any of the classical symptoms of pneumonia, he caught it on listening to his chest and then immediately sent him up for chest x- rays. He had atypical pneumonia and by the next morning after the first dose of the Z- Pak, he was feeling so much better. So, Dr. Hertzer. Really appreciate it. Really appreciate your flexibility and how flexible the staff was. After him being sick for two weeks and just kind of dragging around, I'm so glad that you caught it and diagnosed him correctly. thank you.
