She was extremely thorough, described everything in ways that we understood it, made my daughter feel heard. My daughter went in feeling a little nervous. By the time we left, there was no bit of nervousness at all. We left feeling really good about the whole experience and like we had all the information to figure out everything that we needed to do going forward.

She was very thorough with his exam. She checked his ears, realized there was wax buildup. She cleaned them out. She called after we had left the office, after a few hours, checking on him, making sure everything was cool. She actually extended him a day after I advised that he was still kind of laying around sleepy but had no fever. She was very attentive and thoughtful, and I really appreciate the time that she took with treating my son. I will definitely recommend her and look forward, hopefully he won't ever get sick again, but definitely look forward to having her assist us. Thank you.

The doctor was fantastic. I thought we had a telehealth but it was meant to be in person. She was super helpful and switched to telehealth

Nurse practitioner was fabulous with my daughter making her feel at ease. Genuinely caring. Lab worker was fantastic as well, joking with her while getting blood drawn. She took an anxious situation and made it into a pleasant one.

She was extremely thorough, talked directly to (Patient), didn't talk down to her, and made sure (Patient) was comfortable asking any questions. I would absolutely recommend her.

My daughter is not comfortable with a lot of people, but she liked Julianne and felt comfortable enough to have a good conversation with her.

My daughter and I were happy with this NP she sat and listened to our concerns and took steps to address said concerns. We are pleased.
