Jessica was wonderful with (Patient). Kindly, she took time with us, unhurried. She asked about homecoming, showed interest in her apart from her back issues. She's gained trust with (Patient). (Patient) is not a fan of people seeing her back, touching her back, etc. But over time, she hasn't minded Jessica or (staff name) checking on her (and that could've gone the other way), so I'm grateful for their rapport with her!

Yes, we saw Jessica, or I think Jessica Westfall, yeah, Jessica Westfall for my daughter's broken bone and she was absolutely fantastic. I was just incredibly impressed by the fact that Akron Children Beachwood had an urgent care. I didn't even know that opened up. And the fact that we were able to be seen right away for her broken bone and then be seen again the next day for her cast, it was just, everything was wonderful. And Jessica Westfall was absolutely the best provider we could have hoped for. So I'm extremely happy with the care that we received. Thank you. Bye bye.

Oh my gosh, we were Greeted with smiles And very helpful and friendly staff when they saw the looks on our faces that we were puzzled having never been there! Our provider nurse practitioner was awesome!

Jessica and the individuals that applied the cast to my daughter's arm were fantastic. I can't say enough about how impressed I was with the visit today. The care was top notch.

The nurse practitioner was very kind and compassionate. She got my son not to feel nervous or scared when she examined him. And she just really had a care for young children. Thank you.
