Jennifer is a nurse practitioner at Akron Children’s Genetic Center. She’s been a nurse practitioner since 2020. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Seattle University in Seattle, Wash. and her master of science in nursing degree from Kent State University in Kent, Ohio. Jennifer listened to everything that we had to say, any questions that I had. Being a new parent, I felt kind of silly asking some questions that I thought I should know, but she helped me to feel comfortable asking any of my questions. I also know what the next steps are for my child, and she even gave us some reading to help us with the diagnosis and to better understand the genetics condition that my daughter has. She was very helpful and thorough, and I can't wait for our next meeting to continue my daughter's health.
All of the receptionists, nurses, and doctors that I came into contact with were very kind and thoughtful and careful with my (age)-old, and I was very appreciative of them.
Jennifer Stefanich is an amazing provider. (Patient), my son, and I are so lucky that we were put with her care. I trust my son entirely to her, and I feel she's got (Patient's) best interest completely at heart. She has answered any and all of my questions when I am uncertain. She has led me to websites that will help me understand better. She remembers my job that I did, even though I haven't talked to her for a while. She remembered that I had another daughter and that (Patient's) a twin. She remembered things that most providers don't, and honestly, that meant the world to me. I absolutely look forward to seeing her every single time.

The nurse practitioner was very friendly and kept it light for (Patient) because he was in the room with us. He was (age) years old. She was patient. She explained everything to me. She was encouraging and understanding and made us feel very comfortable and welcome. And I am looking forward to talking with her again on the results.
She really explained results. And make our appointment very convenient. I would definitely her to my family and friends!
She was quite honestly amazing. She listened, was caring, and just overall wonderful. One of the best providers we've ever had and we have seen MANY doctors, NPs, etc.
