Jen always makes us feel understood and heard. She treats us with respect and she makes us feel like she knows what she's doing. We will only see her out of everyone. So if there's not a point available with someone else, we will wait for Jen. It's 100% recommend.

Jen is always so helpful, sweet, and kind at the office visits. We did an evisit this time and even though we didn't actually speak, her genuine care for my child and her desire to help was noticeable.
