Dr. Rossman goes above and beyond. He is very personable, answers questions extensively. Listens well and is great with my daughter. We always have a wonderful experience with him. He definitely has passion for his patient and family.
We've seen Dr. Rossman two times. The first time we waited a very long time, being in the office over three hours total, to include the visit time. When we left, there was nobody at the desk to check us out. We weren't really sure what to do because we'd never been there. This time they called and moved our appointment from 11 o'clock to 10 o'clock. We got there at 940 and we were not seen by Dr. Rossman until after 1130. So the wait time is very, very long, which I don't think is really appropriate. And then also when I try to communicate with him through MyChart, it will take many, many days for him to respond if he does respond. So I think he's a good provider when you're with him, but he's not accessible and the wait time is very unnecessary.
Dr. Rossman is a rockstar!
Good doctor and a nice man.
Thank you verry much to everybody, especially Dr. Ian Rossman and resopsiyonist (staff name)
Dr. Rossman is an excellent doctor, he answers and explains everything in a way I can understand and helped me understand what's next with my child's care.
Dr. Rossman was great, as usual, and took time to answer all of my daughter's questions and explain things to her in a clear and careful way.
Thorough and very kind
I love how he is always willing to over explain so that there isn't room for questions and is sure to type down everything.
Very satisfied
