Heidi is always very professional, helpful, and kind. She really seems to take my child's difficulties seriously and treats them as an individual.

Every staff member was amazing, helpful, and nice. The first two questions on here might have been answered wrong due to my phone messing up and me getting out my car. But the staff was nice, respectful, and very helpful, all of them.

I really do hope someone actually listens to these. I believe that they would. This is concerning the psychiatric nurse, Heidi Torch. My son, (redacted), has been seeing Ms. Heidi for a while. She is absolutely amazing. I co-parent with somebody who's very, very apprehensive with medication altogether. Ms. Heidi is extremely knowledgeable. She has been amazing and patient and kind when it comes to discussing plan of care and medical necessity. I cannot speak her praises enough. She is phenomenal. I am so glad that we found her at ACH.
