The staff forgot to tell the doctor that my husband was in the examine room with our baby. He got there at 2:30 and waited and waited with a fussy baby to be seen. At about 3:10 he walked outside to ask if he needed to reschedule. He was the only one there but figured the dr was busy. The doctor came in right after and said that the staff did not inform her that they were there. It's very annoying to wait in the examine room with a wild (age) year old especially when there was no one else there at the time. Disappointing experience with staff.
Dr. Strawbridge is amazing!!!!!!
Excellent
The doctor didn't really seem to listen to my concerns, nor did she have a good attitude.
Dr. Strawbridge and her staff are always so warm, caring, and knowledgeable.
They are always pleasant, patient, efficient and they make the visit as quick and easy as possible. They have always been great and understandin, especially with a child with disabilities. Thank you
Dr. Strawbridge is an excellent provider for my son. We have worked with her many years and my son's asthma has been under control ever since she started treating him.
She does need to work on her time management and being closer to on time for her visits. She was almost and hr past our visit before coming into the room. It is hard to keep a child calm and focused that long.
The nurse was absolutely fantastic, the girl who got his vitals was also fantastic. Dr.Strawbridge listened to my concerns and made me feel validated as a parent. Dr.Strawbridge made me feel like I have all the tools necessary to take care of my son and his asthma. I could sit here all day, stating the positives from that appointment. I couldn't find one negative thing or one thing that could have been improved on. Thank you so much !
