Very kind and made my daughter feel comfortable.

Courteous staff and physician

Oct 31, 2024

She was very informative and took her time to listen to us.

Oct 14, 2024

She was reluctant to order the testing that she eventually ordered. As a parent and nurse, I'm tired of providers assuming and not truely listening to patients.

Akron hospital is an awesome place to go to when an emergency they treat you so well, well in my case they treated my child great and they helped him by giving him medication for his tooth pain and they gave us information we needed and referred us to a good dentist for him. I want to say thank you so much for helping my baby out.

This is a really nice environment not walking into a room full of people helped with my daughter's anxiety . Everyone very polite.

The doctor was very considerate of our daughter's condition and carefully reviewed past tests and history to decide the best course forward for constipation and urinary issues. Would definitely recommend to others!

i am so happy with the care he has been provided

Aug 7, 2024

Not overly friendly or welcoming. Also not very reassuring when my teen started to cry. The provider seemed somewhat disconnected. My child left feeling overwhelmed and under supported by the provider.

Nice facility/office. Waiting area clean and uncluttered. Nurses were friendly. Doctor saw us, quickly examined the baby and said no surgery needed. She was in and out of our room within 5-7 minutes.
