Easy to talk to, active listener

Oct 17, 2024

The Doctor took the time to answer all our questions and concerns.

My husband and I did not feel confident in the doctor. She seemed very unsure of what the spots were from previous appointments and was unsure of how to treat my daughter. She was not confident in herself by the way she was talking, which made us feel unconfident in her knowledge of my child and the past history of my child's issue.

Dr. Pangonis was great to speak with help with our concerns.

I didn't come for a diagnosis as my son was already diagnosed by a specialist. I don't understand how doctors can deny treating conditions with approved treatment methods based on their opinions. I'm incredibly frustrated with the lack of treatment options for my child.
