We love Dr. Spies and were pleasantly surprised that she had a last minute opening today to see my child. Dr. Spies is warm, wise, and we trust her completely with the care of our children.
Dr. Spies is always so kind and thorough. I appreciate that we don't feel rushed when we are there. If she doesn't have an answer for something right away, she will look into it more to find out the answer. Not only do my husband and I trust her, our kids do too.
The physician assistant was lovely, very nice, very welcoming, really liked her. Always loved Dr. Spies. She's super nice, always great. The appointments are super long, which I always feel like we get great attention, so I don't want that to be a negative. But it does seem like there could be a little bit more efficiencies somehow in there. I don't know what that is, but would never want the service or great personalities or attention to be minimized either. But always love going there. Thank you.
We love Dr. Spies! She takes her time with her patients and gets to know the families. That's why even though we moved further away we still make the drive to Boston Heights.

Dr. Spies is an incredible doctor and I am so grateful she has been our doctor for all these years. She truly takes the time to ask questions, listen, and understand. My daughter has been seeing her since she was an infant- at almost (age), she looks forward to her appointments because of how comfortable Dr. Spies has always made her and she talks with her and never at her. Over the years I've recommended her to so many friends and family and we all say the same thing- she's the absolute best and there's no one we would rather trust with our children's medical care. ACH is so lucky to have her- and so are we.
