I took my son to your facility three times in eight weeks. What I don't understand is that the doctors did not prescribe no medication for my son. I'm very upset

Everyone was great and friendly

Doctor was very friendly really liked her she was great to my daughter

NP Beth was wonderful! So sweet with our children, both our infant daughter being seen and our older daughter who was with us. She took her time and never made us feel the least bit rushed even though it was the very end of the day and I'm sure she was eager to get home to her family.

The nurse was great but doing that tablet check in with a special needs child was extremely hard to do and they were not busy

The doctor was extremely helpful. She played with my son to get his attention for what she needed to get him to do. He also found enjoyment seeing her. And she was great all around. I would definitely go to her again and want to see her more often.

Very nice to my daughter when she wasn't feeling her best. And made us feel very comfortable

I had been to ER for my daughter more than one time and could not get anyone to do anything for her at the Akron Children's Hospital emergency room. When I made her appointment, she was given meds and has gotten much better now. Thank you.
