We had an incredible experience with Dr. Byard. We felt that she was patient and understanding of our situation. She showed a lot of compassion, but she also explained everything thoroughly. She made us feel like we didn't have to be rushed in the appointment, and she answered all of our questions in a thorough and detailed manner. She really gave us an opportunity to ask a lot of questions, and I would highly recommend her to anyone, and including the staff. The staff was incredible, led us and walked us through all of the things that we could expect leading up to the appointment and then on the day of the procedure. And everyone was just incredible, understood that there were some fears and nervousness that I had as a parent, and also understood that my child would have some fears and did everything in their power to make it fun and playful and explain to her.
I feel like Devin was spot on in making my child feel completely, totally comfortable, and her whole staff was very accommodating to my daughter at all times, and me as well. She's a 10 out of 10. Thank you.
I would have loved more tips to help with how to get my toddler to brush her teeth. One tip they gave was explain we are taking turns. Toddler gets a turn to brush her teeth and then mom will get a turn to brush toddlers teeth. More tips would have been helpful since so far this one isn't working.
