They were all great. They listened, they talked to (Patient), they explained everything and was very encouraging to us.
I just want to say that both doctors, nurses, I'm not sure exactly of their titles, but both doctors in the room that worked with my son on the past visit, they were extremely - I just want to give them a 15 out of 10. We came in and the topic that we discussed was a very, very sensitive and tough topic for my son, but they were very keen to his needs, his personality, his character, and very helpful with the procedure that was being done that day, helping him through the procedure and to become successful with this procedure down to helping with the plan for everything. I just want to thank the team there at Akron Children's. The whole GI team there is great with my son. Thank you.
