I truly appreciate the fact that he listens and communicates effectively to resolve issues while going above and beyond to ensure that we leave satisfied and with a clear understanding.
Daniel listened to all our concerns, and helped to make resolutions. He answered all our questions throughly and with compassion. He empathized with us and went above and beyond for our family.
Best care on the planet, very honored to be part of Akron Children's family. Thank you.
Dr. Phillips has been a lifesaver. If it wasn't for him, I probably would not been able to work. Wouldn't have a very good quality of life and many other things I would struggle with, if I did not have the treatment that I got. But the quality of the treatment has been top notch and from someone who's been to dozens of doctors over a decade of two bouts of cancer, is by far, one of the best that I have seen. Godsend.
This group is amazingly helpful
My son has seen Daniel Phillips since he was infant. I've known Daniel through friends since I was actually pregnant with my son. Daniel is always been there my chart message away or a phone call, as well as the rest of the team since, since my kid was little, I cannot say enough good things about them. And I have often found myself when I meet another complex family with Akron, Children's or medically fragile family within Akron Children's. I am instantly questioning, hey, are you on palliative? I'm very, very thankful for Daniel.
I love Palliative Care and I love Daniel. He takes care of my son, (Patient). I think the team that I have with them, they are the best. They have helped me all these years that I've have had custody of (Patient) and I love and I appreciate everything they have done for me and my son. Thank you.
