Dr. McMahon is an amazing person and doctor . He knows what he is doing. He gives the answers you need clear and concise. I never felt like he was not listening or did not take my child's health as serious as I did. I wish him and his family more blessings than they can take. Thank you so much for your service.
Excellent physician
Every one is always very caring
It felt very rushed. My one sentence explanation was cut off. Also, when assessing my son he just pulled his pants and looked very quickly. Could've taken time to explain to my son what he was going to do instead of rushing (I.e. I am going to pull your pants down and look. This isn't going to hurt). It would've taken 30 extra seconds.
The NP and other staff in urology were very nice, polite and professional. The doctor on the other hand was very unprofessional. I'm not saying he's not knowledgeable but his bedside manner was terrible and I will not be seeing him again.
I wish he asked more exames to make me feel better how my daughter is. The treatment they do here is not the same I got when I was in (redacted). How I will know my daughter is good if not get any exames. I really did not like that at all.
I thought the provider was great at his job but lacked social skills. His bedside manner was pretty poor.
Nice People and good doctor
This provider gave the exact same advice each appointment, which were things we had already done and tried as suggested by our PCP before referring us to urology. The urologist was dismissive, did not acknowledge or accept that we had already done/tried everything he had suggested which is why we came to the office. The cost of the appoints and time taken for the appointments were a waste in my opinion and we will be seeking advice elsewhere. I understand our issue is not urgent/emergent but the passiveness and way I was treated as though I were completely incompetent was disrespectful. It was apparent the urologist assumed we did not follow through with the advice given and had no interest in anything I had to say in either appt we have had.
He was not friendly or personable. He was rushy and evasive when answering my questions. I hope that he can provide better bed side manners and patience to his patients in the future. I will not be taking my newborn back to this provider.
