She was very nice. My son was having a rough day and has been frustrated by having a lot of appts lately. She asked him questions and listened to him but didn't push him too hard when he was quiet. I really appreciated that.
Excellent.
Very knowledgeable! Listened to our questions and concerns and addressed them! I felt very comfortable talking to her.
The staff from endocrinologist dept is excellent
Dr. Reeher is AMAZING! We really trust her, and her warmth and understanding toward our child is so appreciated. She is beyond knowledgeable about diabetes, and very easy to talk with. We feel like we have known her for a very long time.
All very nice and helpful
Always helpful
Very professional and she actually cares about my son's health. She explained to us in detail the procedures to follow for his improvement.
Great staff! However, I did not like the Kiosk check-ins, mainly the fact that if used there was only 1 and a long line to check in. Multiple Kiosks should be available if this is the only method of checking in. Some people are juggling children and this becomes a significant LONG task for them, while others continue to wait.
Very informative and helpful! Super down to earth and answered our questions completely! She made the visit light and we were able to feel comfortable!
