Radiology/nuclear medicine did a great job with our son today (date). From start to finish the communication was great, techs were great, and explained everything happening. Dr. Clark from urology is always great with (Patient) and ourselves! Always take in the best interest for (Patient)! Very pleased with out patient care thus far.
Dr Curtis Clark was fantastic! Personable and friendly, Dr Clark put my son at ease. He explained everything very well and answered all questions. We're very pleased with Dr Clark and would highly recommend him. Additionally, the urology nurses and front desk staff were excellent, friendly and knowledge. I appreciate everyone in the Akron Children's Urology office.
They were well informed and very communicative.
The NP was very thorough and attentive to our problem. She relayed the information to the doctor correctly and throughly. The Doctor was very helpful in setting up a plan and giving us clear directions. My son who is fearful of the doctors office was comfortable following their directions and being compliant. Everyone at the office was friendly and helpful.
The PA was condescending and the physician was rude. Will not come back or recommend to others!
They were very professional yet very personal very caring very understanding you could not ask for a better stat than what we had. Somebody needs to buy him some gift certificates and tell you let him go out to dinner with their significant other for being outstanding
All very friendly, Dr is the best he is quick and explains everything well.
Dr. Clark was very kind and reassuring
Dr Clark answered all our questions completely. He further educated us on my grandsons Dx and treatment in the future. Very pleased with this doctor and staff.
We waited 25 minutes in the room for our physician to come in and he spent 16 minutes with us in the room. We spend more time waiting for him. Having to wait that long without anyone updating us is disrespectful of our time and of us. The room had ants crawling all over the floor. It was gross. This was by far our worst appointment at akron Childrens. We've been coming here for over 18 years and today makes us not want to come back.
