Yes, I felt Dr. Corey was overall a good doctor. He had the information, he had the right questions, he asked, he seemed concerned, he was friendly. Overall he was a good doctor, but I did not feel that he had the experience of the situation and did not have enough experience on the issue with the client. And overall couldn't quite answer all of my questions because he did not have the experience
The doctor spent a very generous amount of time with us to answer all of our questions and was very thorough.
The Doctors were wonderful, as were the staff in linking up for my son's surgery and procedure.
Dr. Scherer is very empathetic and listens very well. He offers lots of education and various options. He does not talk over the child, he is very patient and tries to make a connection. He does not rush the appt. I also like that he writes out the plan in the pt instructions as a reference to look at later. MUCH THANKS! All of our experiences from the phone lines to all the staff at Akron Children's main campus have been outstanding.
They all was very great.
Dr Scherer is absolutely fantastic
And both providers were very attentive all the information that was given was easy to understand and they were patient and kind
I thought the doctor was well informed, provided us good feedback, good information, and hopefully we can come to the bottom of my son's issue.
Dr. Corey Scherer was the first doctor that I feel like listened to me about my daughter's problems, and I appreciate that as a mom.
We were very pleased with the doctor that we visited at Akron. He was very thorough and he helped us to understand what was going on with my daughter and we would definitely be back to visit him.
