We absolutely love going to see Dr Markle and the staff at Akron Children's North Canton. They do such a great job and take care of all of our questions and concerns.
They are all very good
We have been with this provider since birth, we are grateful to have such a quality Doctor.
Nurse (Staff name) was amazing as always! She was so nice and caring when my sons as afraid he had to get a shot. She reassured him he didn't need any this time but even if he did she would talk him thru everything and be gentle.
Perfect service, the staff is very friendly.
Dr. Markle is without a doubt the best doctor anyone in our entire family sees. She thorough, helpful, and friendly. My kids feel comfortable with her, and I have 100% trust in what she says. She's awesome!
Dr Markle is wonderful. Waiting over an hour to see her was not a good experience though.
She was very thorough and understanding. She gave clear expectations and next steps.
The nurse, (Staff name), was fantastic with my child. She was caring, understood her fears and worked very very well with her to accomplish everything. I would highly recommend her and would love to have her every time. Dr Markle was good too. It was our first time seeing her due to (Staff name) retiring. I didn't choose her to be our regular primary pediatrician but she was the first available for their well checks. There were some awkward, quiet times where I didn't know if she was going to talk or if she was waiting for my daughter or I to talk. I trusted her for the well check and would in the future for the care of my child, I would just want someone a little more personable for a regular primary pediatrician.
I don't find her helpful due to the fact she acted like I was incompetent and I felt as if my daughter needed more care.
