Meet Chelsea Weyand, PsyD, ABPP

Dr. Chelsea Weyand has been in practice since 2012. She joined Akron Children’s as a pediatric psychologist and serves as the Interim Director of Psychology Services and Program Director for Behavioral Health Integration. After receiving her doctoral degree from Indiana State University, she completed her residency at John L. Gildner Regional Institute for Children and Adolescents Rockville, MD and fellowship at Akron Children’s. She has a special interest in Behavioral Health Integration into Primary Care and coping with chronic medical conditions such as epilepsy and functional neurological symptom disorder. Dr. Weyand is board certified in Child and Adolescent Psychology
