The doctor that spoke with me about my daughter's care was so kind. I'm sure with all the knowledge that these doctors possess, it has to be easy to almost feel short with people, but I never once felt like my questions were any kind of an annoyance to this doctor. And as a parent who just really worries about their nonverbal autistic child, I really appreciate that. And I've already let my friends know what a great experience I had on my telehealth appointment, so I'm absolutely already recommending her. Thank you so much.

Yeah, I would say that the geneticists and the counselor were both incredibly helpful. The counselor in particular, (Staff name), after two years of hiatus, reached out to me and I reached out to her and we were able to schedule and get everything we needed done very quickly. So, she was incredibly helpful. That's all I have to say.

She was very helpful to my child and I. She answered all of my questions for me.

The providers were very, very caring. I was really kind of scared going in - I had to take a Huntington's test. But they were very informative and helped me feel a lot better and they were just awesome and great and you can tell that they really genuinely cared. We appreciate that.

They were excellent, explained every thing and made sure I completely understood everything.

I was very comfortable with Dr. Melver and felt she gave me good information and I look forward to seeing her again, period.
