She worked diligently and patiently to get our appointment completed and in such an urgent way accommodated all of our needs for (Patient) that day and further on. And the partnership between her and (Staff name) were incredible that day. They were able to provide a letter that was required for (Patient) to have therapy continued with Medicaid as she was denied. So they were just above and beyond amazing.

She definitely gave me the whole rundown and gave me every last necessity that I needed. She definitely made sure to get all the information that I needed so I'll be set for the future so I wouldn't have to sit and wait for waiting for waiting lists.
