Very knowledgeable and was able to get multiple things done today for us since we live over an hour away

As a working mom I was definitely frustrated when I had an 8:15 arrival, watched the nurse that ended up taking vitals walking in at 8:27. We then sat and waited for our 8:30 appointment till 8:45 to be called back. Id specifically asked for an early appointment so I wouldn't be so late to work.
