Meet Brian Reilly, MD
Dr. Reilly is a sports medicine physician at Akron Children’s, where he’s been practicing since 2019. He earned his medical degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University in Rootstown, Ohio. He went on to complete a residency in pediatrics and a fellowship in sports medicine at Akron Children's. Dr. Reilly is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in general pediatrics and is a member of the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine and the American Academy of Pediatrics. He’s a team physician for The University of Akron and Highland High School. He’s also a clinical assistant professor of pediatrics at Northeast Ohio Medical University.

Very prompt. Answered all questions and explained everything that they did.
I have already recommended the sports injury clinic to two other sports parents. The staff is amazing from reception, nurse, x-ray technician, and doctors.
Dr Reilly was thorough and easy to talk to. He really connected with my (age) year old baseball player. We feel we can finally move forward and with therapy he can get back to a pain free season!

Dr. Reilly and everyone that we saw in the sports medicine department was phenomenal. They were caring, but also took the time to explain exactly what was wrong to our daughter and helped her understand the full scope of the injury. I appreciated the fact that they involved her in conversation conversations about her prognosis and what to do if the injury gets worse. We will let everyone we know about the fantastic experience we had with our care team!
