Yes, our son, (Patient), has been in this program for gastrology and the nurses and psychologists or therapists, they've been helping (Patient) as a coordinator, all together coordinating and working with him. And they have done a fabulous job. He has gone from pooing in his pants quite often to very rarely and we have him on designated times now. They've been very helpful on helping us get him to a place where he feels really good about himself. He's in (#) grade and with his gastro problems he just couldn't help it. It needs to be supported by Google Chrome. Can not access it by phone or laptop if you don't have a different browser. Many devices are chrome and you can not use it to access the virtual visits.
