Bailey Young, DO

I have spent time with the nurse and the doctor. I have two boys, (Patient names). They have the exact same appointment. They got us in early. They are very attentive, very sweet and nice, and very knowledgeable. I really appreciate everybody, and we had a great appointment. It was positive. Last year, my kids were in the NICU or PICU for (#) times this time last year. And then we got Dr. Young, and she worked through it, and we are doing well. We have not been in the hospital, knock on wood, and admitted in the hospital. They all need raises, definitely. And my name is (Family name)

Dr. Young is new to us! My son is medically fragile and she has been amazing with him! 1st visit he wasnt well she took time with us and we made a plan. This time he was 2 week pist open heart surgery and the concerns we had going into the visit were discussed and a plan put in place. I was scared to change! Were old timers and a lot of our dr's are moving on or doing something different, however we got a good one with Dr. Young! A huge shout out to the ladies doing xray in ortho today bc they were very kind patience and understanding with the situation! Thank you wasnt enough! Please acknowledge them! (Family name)

Dr Young is amazing!! She really listens and explains things in a way the average person can understand. No question is a dumb question to her. We are very comfortable with our care. She is only in the boardman location once a week and if we had to we would make the Drive to akron.

Dr Young was great. Took time with my son, asked a lot of questions, explained to us well, knew her stuff, and was very accommodating since we live 2 hours away. We are so thankful to have answers. Her nurse and entire staff was so nice and very helpful. Communicated very well. Same goes for the speech therapist. Very nice, communicated well, and everyone told us to send a message if we ever have a question.

Although we had difficulties with cancellations of two appointments, I was pleased with the care and attention my daughter received.

Dr. Young always makes us feel heard. She makes sure we understand everything. Very kind and patient.

Dr. Young was very thorough with our daughter's issues. She went through all options and listened to our concerns. She did a great job.

She does an amazing job! Every time we have worked with her, she is very thorough very loving and checks all of the boxes when trying to come up with the correct care plan for my daughter. We have a special case where we're not entirely sure why things are even happening, but she still managed within two visits to get it completely fixed And reassured us she's one phone call away at all times.
