I thought that Audrey was very nice and had some good information. She was very patient with my daughter who is (age). And I thought she also had some good insights for, you know, not sending kids to school when they don't feel well. And, you know, sometimes you get these doctors who really push to send the kids to school as long as they're not, like, dying. And I really don't think that's a great idea. So it was nice to have a like-minded provider. She was also teaching a student. And I thought that was good that she asked both myself and my daughter if it was okay. And she resonated so much with my daughter that my (age)-year-old daughter actually remembered her name after the appointment. An embarrassing one.
The provider made sure that I knew that she had reviewed all of his notes appropriately. She knew his entire history by the time she walked into the room. She asked me the appropriate questions. She did a very well exam on him and she was able to keep him calm while doing that. And she was very nice and understanding. Thank you.
The doctor was very, very good, very pleasant, made my son feel very comfortable, was very personable, very, very happy with the service we received.
The absolute best provider there is. Very tentative, very compassionate, and listens to everything we have to say.
Our pediatrician, Audrey Swank, is absolutely amazing!! I have a (age) old baby girl, we just moved from (state) so it was our first time. I had heard good things about the practice prior and it did not disappoint!! The waiting room is spacious and clean, the staff is so friendly, even the lady who took my daughter's vitals was so gentle and caring towards her. We are so very pleased with our doctor, she took time to get to know us, our back history and made us feel right at home. The echart is also easy to navigate and use!
