I was nervous when (Staff name) retired because she had taken care of our kids since my son was a year old but Dr. Galizio has done such a great job of filling in the gap of her retirement and helping us still feel heard and cared about. Thank you to Akron Children's for a fantastic experience these last (#) years!!
