What families are saying…
“My 10 month old had ear tubes placed today and I just wanted to reach out with recognition to the team who took care of her. They were all fantastic and took such great care of us! Dr. Milo is a fantastic Dr. -- he is kind, he is personable, and so down to earth. He is truly a Dr you can talk to like you’ve known for years. It was so special to me to have him perform my daughter’s ear surgery as his father performed mine. The nurse who took care of us in recovery… sat and talked to us like we were family and never rushed us. Thank you for your continued hard work and dedication.”

As always Dr. Milo was wonderful. He was attentive and patient with our nervous toddler and answered all of our questions.
Dr Milo and audiologist went above and beyond today! And they kind woman at the parking garage walkway made sure to give us a parking voucher, she was so sweet. We love ACH team!
My daughter was very nervous and the nurse, audiologist and doctor were all very kind and patient with her.
Dr Milo has taken care of both of my kids and he is incredibly knowledgeable! He provided great information and helped us make the right decisions for our children. Both of my kids underwent procedures with him and they had great outcomes. I recommend Dr Milo to other parents who need to see an ENT.
Dr. Milo was wonderful. He validated our concerns and we feel like we have found someone who truly wants to help our children get healthier. We didn't have to wait long in the waiting area and the visit was very efficient. Everyone we interacted with was kind and helpful. It was a great experience.
The doctor did not listen to anything we tried to tell Him. He brushed off my son's symptoms and just told us to see an allergist. He made my son cry by insulting his physical characteristics. Was an absolutely terrible and unacceptable experience. Do better!
Dr Milo is very thorough, listens to parents concerns, is great with children and has wonderful bedside manner. I was very happy with how fast he got us in for an urgent visit. He squeezed us in an already full schedule.
He was great. He listened to me and fully informed me.
Great care given
We needed an appt for my son's surgical implant from 8 years ago. We had questions and may need to have the cochlear plate removed. This was explained during the administrative call. They scheduled us with the wrong doctor. We wasted an hours drive and half a day of school and work. Even the doctor that we saw apologized for wasting our time and the confusion. I am a single mother and I cannot afford to take time off. This is why we waited so long to schedule. It was disappointing but we did get another appointment scheduled for 3 weeks away
