The whole Palliative Care team are always their for families in need. I really appreciate each and everybody who works in this department.
They are truly there to listen and help make decisions and decide what's next. So glad to have them as part of my sons care team.
We can't thank the nurses, Doctors, enough for taking care of our baby girl in the time she was here on this earth.
