Meet Andrew Meyer, MD

Dr. Meyer is a pediatric anesthesiologist and director of the perioperative surgical home at Akron Children’s. He’s been in practice since 2007 and with Akron Children’s since 2012. A graduate of the University of Toledo College of Medicine, he completed an anesthesiology residency and a pediatric anesthesiology fellowship at the University of Michigan Health System. Dr. Meyer is certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology with a subspecialty certification in pediatric anesthesiology and is a member of American Society of Anesthesiologists and the Society for Pediatric Anesthesia. Additionally, he’s a clinical assistant professor of surgery at Northeast Ohio Medical University.
