Every time I go to Akron's endocrinology office and any provider I ever see, but most definitely in the last visit I've had, I've been very pleased with their care, their ability to educate and just help with any concerns I have. Not just with the care of my son, but for how they help with anything that's going on with the family. They answer questions in a timely manner, even if I'm not in the office, any time I call, any time I leave a message on MyChart, I get a prompt response and even phone calls to help me for whatever question I have for the providers. It's been excellent care and well worth the trip for us to come up and see them whenever
