The doctor shouldn't be telling me what to do about my child's hair that's not the doctors job I felt very disrespected because of that comment. Then the doctor telling me I can get transportation through Akron Children's when that's not the full truth when the transportation is for I'll or injured patients not for healthy patients
Nothing I think it went well
Dr Kelada took her time and was very helpful throughout the visit. Definitely glad we picked her. Everyone was very helpful
Dr. Kelada is really nice she knows how to handle and very caring to my autistic kid. Definitely highly recommended
It was our first time with that doctor and she was absolutely amazing incredibly thorough. And ask my daughter permission to touch her every time. She needed to examine a different part of her body would definitely recommend
The nurse and receptionist were very friendly and helpful
The secretary at the front desk was working hard today.
Exellent everybody it's good
The staff were great however the doctor was not attentive to the needs of my foster daughter. She was asking for way too much information that she didn't need to know. She was pushy about counseling. We had to ask to run blood work when doing a full physical it really should be required. We were there for almost 2 hours. I think they just need better training for kids from the foster system. Even my daughter was saying how she felt uncomfortable and didn't like the doctor but loved the nurses and staff. We'll be finding another pediatrician.
Best doctor we have seen yet! She took time to listen and offer good advice
