She always listens and gives great advice. She spends time with us just knowing our child. She always recognizes us when we come into the office by name. Her staff is always amazing, always happy, always friendly. And the staff, if they don't feel comfortable doing something, they will let us know so we can find the appropriate person to do it.
I love her she cares a lot for my son and this is hard to find. All of the hospital staff is wonderful as well thank you so much.
Came in was her last or near last patient of the day, was a rushed appointment she didn't do a head to toe quick look and missed his double ear infection we caught at urgent care 3 days later.
Good
Amazing people
My only concern is I came in and I had my own concern coming in and it was never addressed. They never checked her either, even though the nurse that saw her first, she did write it in her chart, but the doctor didn't look, nor did she talk about it or say anything about it. And I left there wondering what was going on because I had concerns that she has thrush And, yeah, that was my biggest thing.
She's very kind and helpful.
The doctor shouldn't be telling me what to do about my child's hair that's not the doctors job I felt very disrespected because of that comment. Then the doctor telling me I can get transportation through Akron Children's when that's not the full truth when the transportation is for I'll or injured patients not for healthy patients
Nothing I think it went well
Dr Kelada took her time and was very helpful throughout the visit. Definitely glad we picked her. Everyone was very helpful
