Very good doctor.
They were kind and cared about my concerns. Answered all of my questions.
They were very helpful and kind and concerning and that they knew exactly what they were doing and they diagnosed them the correct way like she was supposed to.

The doctor was great. The nurses were great. The receptionists were not.
Dr. Ortega is very good at details. She notices everything, catches everything, and is very gentle with the parents when she speaks, and she's very gentle with the children, and you can just truly see how much she loves to work with the kids and how much she just loves what she does. I see it when she sees my little one at her doctor's appointment, and we feel that when we go in there, we are thoroughly taken care of, that my little one is thoroughly taken care of, and we feel really comfortable with her. She's gotten the best care under Dr. Ortega.
From the front desk to the nurse practitioner to the doctor, very helpful. And then no problems, worked with my kids. It was great.
The Nurse that's been working there for a long time is really good and nice and helpful.
