With more than 60 service locations throughout northeast Ohio, there’s bound to be an orange cone or two popping up near our facilities. This is especially true for our hospital campus in downtown Akron, where road construction has created numerous traffic changes. For directions to our service locations, please call (330) 543-INFO (4636). This number is available 24/7.

Akron campus - Infusion Center entrance: The Infusion Center entrance is closed until August 2025 for renovations. To enter the main hospital building from Locust Street, patients must use the entrance near Ronald McDonald House. A doorbell has been installed at this entrance. Please ring the doorbell and wait to be admitted. Street parking is available near the Ronald McDonald House or in the Bowery Street Parking Deck.
