Patient and Family Relations

 We believe in putting families first and encourage open communication between hospital staff and parents. If you have any concerns about your child’s care, please speak directly to the clinical staff or the manager of your child’s unit or office.  If your concerns are not resolved, you can request to speak with a Patient Relations Specialist.  They will make sure your concerns are heard by the correct staff and help to resolve the matter.  We take your concerns seriously and will address them quickly and appropriately.

You may also file a complaint with the Ohio Department of Health, 246 N. High St., Columbus, OH, 43215, or call 1-800-342-0553.

All documented complaints will be analyzed and investigated and corrective action will take place when appropriate. Each complaint will receive follow-up by a telephone call and/or written communications.
