Family Advocacy Day
No one can tell the stories of children's hospitals better than young patients and their families. Each year, patients and families from all over the country travel to Washington, DC, to advocate on behalf of their children's hospitals.
Sponsored by the Children's Hospital Association, this event, called Family Advocacy Day, enables children’s hospital patients and their families to make their voices heard to leaders on Capitol Hill on important pediatric care issues.
