We are open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8 a.m.-4 p.m., except for being closed the third Wednesday of the month. Our Millersburg staff and providers work in the nearby Wooster office every Tuesday and Thursday, plus the third Wednesday of the month. Saturday care is also available at the Wooster office - and 365 days a year with Quick Care Online.

Payment for a copay or personal balance is expected at the time of service. We accept Visa, Mastercard and debit cards. We do not accept cash payments. You can pay your bill with MyChart – just log in and click “Pay Your Bill.”
