1. Examine the current landscape of pediatric disaster readiness. 2. Analyze the current state of everyday readiness for children. 3. Recognize the federal efforts to improve peds readiness.
Target Audience:
General pediatricians, family physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, social workers, psychologists, and nurses.
Identified Gap:
Due to the catastrophe nature of disasters and the ramifications on health systems, We need to better understand and prepare for the implications on our pediatric patients.
